The City of Billings, Montana (the City) and the Billings Logan International Airport (the Airport) intend to submit Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Application #11 with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), extending the collection level of $4.50 per eligible passenger, collected to provide capital funding and debt service financing for the Airport Terminal Expansion Project. The meeting with airline representatives was held February 28, 2019.
As required under Section 158.24 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 158, Passenger Facility Charges, the City and Airport are hereby providing opportunities for public comment with regard to Application #11 to Impose and Use PFC collections for the Airport's use.

The Airport has identified one (1) project for potential funding with PFC collections. The proposed project totals $38,800,000.
